These terms govern the use of the Deep Shah IT Consulting website and services.
Deep Shah IT Consulting provides IT consulting, managed IT support, cloud consulting, cybersecurity, and software licensing services to small and medium businesses.
All project work is quoted in writing at a fixed scope before it starts. Managed IT support is provided on a monthly retainer basis. No long-term contracts are required.
Deep Shah IT Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
